Is it time to give up?

We tried watching sports one more time this weekend and it was all for not. Not even Green Machine soccer could save us. With Avery's soccer team on bye we were relegated to watching our football teams get killed. Avery liked the princesses and cheerleaders at the MHS homecoming game but the score of the game was a little much to overcome. On Saturday, Avery played with the neighbor boys while daddy watched the local scores roll in. Both WSU and UW were embarrassing leaving only the Seahawks to help save the weekend. Those hopes lasted one series into the Sunday night when it became perfectly clear the Hawks were completely over matched. We will try Green Machine soccer once again next weekend and pray for a miracle with the rest of our local favorites.
